Quality Chemical Quick Dry Seal - Solvent Based Acrylic Wet Look Concrete Sealer and Paver Sealer-5 Gallon Pail - 640 oz (Pack of 1)

Purchased hoping for a similar result as what I had the first time I sealed the patio. The other review was accurate when saying that the spout broke upon opening. Both 5gal cans I used broke at the spout when pulling it out. First picture is prior to sealing the patio with this product. Second picture is a comparison of the bottom step which has been sealed and the top patio which has yet to be sealed with this product. picture taken about a month after sealer was applied. You can see a difference but it is very minimal. 3rd photo is from when I sealed the patio the first time using foundation armor (a different brand). There is a drastic look in the wet look difference from foundation armor when compared to this product. This product being far inferior. Needless to say I was quite disappointed with this product. I purchase 15 gallons and have used 10 so far.

It made my stamped concrete patio look brand new again. I took one star off because it was shipped in a metal container with a plastic retractable spout and lid. By the time it got to me the solvent had eaten through the spout and came off when I tried to open it, making it nearly impossible to pour without getting as much on the ground as in the sprayer. I also only needed half of the five gallons and now have nowhere to store it but my patio looks awesome.

I applied it to a 20 year old exposed aggregate driveway. Used a basic paint roller and extension to apply. Product went on easily and dried in an hour to walk on and a day to drive on. Made the driveway a bit darker than it was and I like the look and the slight shine it added. Sorry I don't know how to post pictures. I only applied one coat and it sheds the rain and is protecting the concrete. I'd definitely use it again in the application I have.

FedEx dropped the ball on the delivery but it is a very good product and exceeds our expectations.

DO NOT BUY - product is not a quality product. Is thin, bubbles up and does not last. Seller is very difficult to work with. Stay far away.
