Great lightweight shoe!
Unfortunately Inov8 has discontinued this great shoe. I have a pair for daily wear, and a pair for workouts. They are lightweight, but durable, and since I prefer a heel to toe drop in the 0 to 3mm range these were great.Hopefully Inov8 will replace them with something comparable in weight, durability, comfort, and drop.

Good shoes.
Great flexibility and comfort. I only wear the shoes for CrossFit and I'm thinking about buying another pair of shoes just to have two pairs.

Very Nice Barefoot Type Shoes
Very nice shoe but it runs a little small. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 but I needed a 11 for this shoe. Also, the tongue is too thin. If you tighten the the laces for a more secure fit, the laces cut into the top of your foot.

Journey Through Inov8
Embarking on my trail running odyssey in 2017, I was introduced to the Inov8 X-Talon, a pioneering model that swiftly established itself as the benchmark for aggressive trail running. This venture illuminated the advantages of minimal heel-to-toe drops, guiding me towards the Altra Lone Peak and Superior for their generous toe boxes, perfect for navigating the groomed trails of state parks, and back to the Inov8 X-Talon 235 for its prowess on the untamed and technical terrains. The Inov8 TrailRoc, with ambitions of seamlessly transitioning between road and trail, unfortunately, fell short, leaving the Brooks Ghost as my undisputed choice for the relentless demands of road running. The quest for adaptable footwear led me to the Inov8 F-Lite 245 (3mm drop) for its exceptional blend of comfort and structural support, ideal for both casual strolls and intense gym sessions. Meanwhile, the Bare XF 210 (0mm drop) emerged as the definitive selection for indoor pursuits, marking a departure from Lems Primal and reaffirming my commitment to minimalist footwear across diverse environments. This carefully curated lineup not only caters to each specific terrain and activity but also underscores the importance of safeguarding joint health and promoting optimal running form.

Comfortable and Sharp
I love this show. After wearing them for a few weeks, I knew this was going to be “my shoe” for the foreseeable future. For the gym, wearing “out” with jeans and a tee, even for Pickleball. PBall on an outdoor court tears up the bottoms after 40-50 hours so now I only play in them when I want to be half a step quicker.I saw they went on sale for $60 and I bought 5 more pairs. Yeah, I’m that guy. Previously did the same thing with the Inov-8 Bare XF.

Solid shoe
Train daily in them. Holding up very well as a lifting shoe and CrossFit style. I’ve done some 2-4kms runs. Not the best but that’s just for me and my feet and running style maybe. Really like them for workout out.

Super!
Nach 10 Jahren habe ich meine alten Schuhe (Vorgängermodell) austauschen müssen. Dieser Nachfolge rist perfekt und ich liebe es darin Sport zu machen :-)

Functional Training and a bit of running
Shoes are good for functional training and weightlifting. It’s also good for a short run and not long distance. The grip is good if you are doing sled push and pull.
