These tablets seem to be working fine. No stomach upset. Very pleased.

I've not been taking these for long but I am already seeing signs they are working. Easy to take with no strong taste or after taste. Good ingredients. So far so good and am keen to see the more long term results in due course

I like this brand however I normally prefer a higher strength offering in terms of Lysine. Each serving is only 500mg and I normally go for 1000mg tablets. The tablets are however smaller than most of the brands I buy. Obviously there is nothing stopping me from doubling up but that would mean what was one 4 months supply suddenly becomes 2 months supply. So it's worth checking the price of the 1000mg brands and if you do you'll see this isn't really good value for money in comparison. It is however handy for people who want a lower dose of Lysine.
