I purchased this item for my spouse who suffers from snoring and it got worse over the years. Although the noise itself is not a problem (we both wear earplugs), all the other health related issues are problematic, notably dry mouth, chronic headaches and sleep apnea (in our case). We tried multiple snoring solutions before deciding to go for a strap. We took a chance with this strap after studying the other options on this site. We received the item fairly quickly and it was exactly what we expected. We even got a nice nose ventilation with it, highly appreciated.My spouse was skeptical about putting anything around the head and get to sleep. It is very simple to use, and very adjustable to one's liking. The material is premium quality and my spouse says it feels almost natural. It can be forgotten after a short while.I usually don't make reviews, but boy, after a blessed night of sleep completely snoring free, it's the least I can do

After a week of using, I can say that I'm pretty happy with the solution. The head gear is soft/comfortable and does a good job of keeping your mouth closed. The nostril pieces come in various sizes, so make sure to test em out and sleep with which ever is most comfortable. Would definitely recommend washing everything at least semi-regularly (2-3 uses), especially if using during warm nights... All in all, I felt like my breathing was pretty comfortable all night; girlfriend didn't complain, so I guess it's a win!

Just received this item today, it was bought for someone else who snores, not being paid and or compt for this review means a more honest review, the good: the snore is kept to a lower roar, the bad: there still snoring, this thing reminds of the cure-all’s of yester-years, short of putting a pillow on there face, there probably isn’t a sure all Guarantee cure without including surgery.

The chin/head strap was quite comfortable. Im a 48 yr old woman so i hadnt been converned about the fit. I found out as soon as i put thi on, that i would neber get this tight enoguh to keep my mouth closed i tried it for several weeks to no avail.. i dont believe they offer a child size, but if they do, id love it. Im sure 2 months into it, they wouldnt exchange it.i also had nose surgery the week before & used the nose cones.. They wouldnt stay in my nose overnight and were very painful.

After using for about a week, I can say the vents are definitely better at reducing my snoring, its kind of loud breathing now. The strap isnt all that great but i guess thats why you get 2 devices to try. You also need to try it for a few days in different sizes or setups, judging from other reviews i dont think some people have.

The strap was soft and nice to the touch and easy to wash off. Does not very fit for small heads, mouth kept hanging open and several disruptive sleeps at night. Nose plugs blocked air passage even further. Nice price for two sets.
