Product doesn't work. Money-back guarantee difficult
I had failure on this product out-of-the-box. I've since edited this review because it still failed, and the refund process is not trivial, but the refund occurred and that's respectable.I would recommend that you try this product. There's a few people with failures outta-the-box, but some successes. If you worry that it'll fail out-of-the-box, take the chance. If you do see a failure, check the comment feed on this feedback and see the process to get a refund: contact the vendor on Facebook, and provide the ###-########-####### -format order number. It's that simple, and I really wish that the product I received had worked, because it's fairly light, and seems OK on reacting to a Qi-receiver placed on it. This is perfect for my office, but mine would detect a device, start charging, then stop.I've put this 1-start review to a 3-star simply because the vendor says "money-back don't need to ship-back" and is true to his/her word. Sticking to your word is fairly cool in my books.

after some modification, it works as a wireless charger
They were right in saying that the wireless charging capability was gonna be hit or miss...it was a miss. I opened it up to see what the problem was and one of the IC's was burnt to a crisp.....pulled a similar one from an old laptop and soldered it in, now the wireless charging works but very very slowly (wish someone would come out with a 3.5a wireless charger). The ports however don't really charge anything if I have them all in use at the same time (for my main phone and tablets) that's neither here nor there though because most chargers these days are grossly under powered amp wise. Especially for the big screen Samsung devices...I always end up buying a third party 3.5 amp wired charger for them anyway. If you are using this for the smaller type phones and mp3 players it'll probably be just fine with all ports in use.

Wireless charge not stable
Three of us got these at work to charge our multitude of devices (we're IT guys). We all have moto 360s and wanted the wireless charging capability in case we wanted to top up our watches throughout the day. Sometimes the wireless works and sometimes it doesn't, a lot of times it'll stop charging part way through and I have to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in to get it charging again. The charging ports do work well and we kept them since you can't hardly get a four port charger for this price. I just wish the wireless charging worked like it should.

Very handy at a great price, but currents are somewhat off.
This thing is pretty handy for my uses. I do have to say that the currents listed on the ports are completely bogus though. They're all adequate to charge your smartphone, but if you want to use one port to continuously power a tablet or something, it might not cut it. For exmaple, it doesn't quite keep up with my Nexus 7 (2012) with the screen on, but charges with the screen off, so it works for my purposes. And the current changes depending on what else is plugged in. Just a heads up.Wireless charging works fine, but is a bit finicky about where you place your device (they're all that way I've found).

Good price even if Qi doesn't work
My wireless never worked but the price is good for the four charging ports.I opened mine up looking for the burnt chip another reviewer reported but could not find any so I just bought a new coil from amazon for four bucks. also mine ran a little hot so I added a 25mm fan since I did not want to heat my phone up while charging on wireless. Of course these mods void any warranty and you would need to be comfortable with a soldering iron but even without them the four port charging is fine on its own.

Good Cable Charging Hub but Bad Wireless Charger.
Multiple ports charging directly from a wall socket is a good thing for multiple devices. but if you are looking for a wireless charging capability then it is best to say no to that. The wireless charger is not functioning properly. I find my phone is not charging overnight. Furthermore, it gives 1Amp of current which is half of the requirements of my nexus 5 phone cable charger. if you are looking for a wireless charger I will advice you not to buy this product.

Fire hazard in a well sealed box
This unit worked well for a few months of on and off use, mainly used as a way to keep development devices charged up and ready when they weren't being used (two nexus 9's and two nexus 7's) with the occasional use of the wireless charging functionality for a Galaxy S5 or Nexus 6.A few days ago, I noticed a smell of burning electronics and plastic coming from the charger, and noticed it was quite warm (while only charging one nexus 7 tablet on USB). I unplugged it and set it to the side to take care of later. I have just opened it up, and found that one of the MOSFETs (I believe, since I can't even get a part number from it) controlling power to the antenna has combusted, burning a hole all the way through the PCB, and burned a hole through a plastic sheet which separates the wireless charging board from the USB power board. When it burned, it also discolored a few components on the USB power board, but nothing there looks damaged. If you use this charger, please do not leave it plugged in when you are not around. It is a danger, and a fire hazard.

Wirless charging is not reliable with the Nexus 6.
Still a great multi-charger however, the wireless charging feature does not work reliably with my Nexus6. While I was setting it up to use by our headboard, I was able to get my nexus to respond for about a few minutes. The only way I could get it to work again was by unplugging the charger from the wall outlet and then plugging it back in after a minute. Other than that its a great little travel charger.
