This steamer is just the trick when you need to release wrinkles from clothing that has been in storage, packed in luggage, or just came wrinkled from the dryer. It gets the job done in a flash! It is super portable and can be used most anywhere that there is an available 110/120 volt outlet (normal wall plug). It heats in about 30 seconds and generally releases wrinkles in a single pass. It uses relatively small amounts of water to get the job done. It is certainly a better and more economical option than spray-on fabric releasers. Just a tip for new users- make sure to read the instructions and learn how to use the included attachments. It is a very simple process but you may need a little help with it the first time. Also, use caution to keep your hands clear of the steam during operation! Remember, it works on heat and moisture. Overall, I definitely feel like this has been a good buy!

The media could not be loaded.  At first I thought it was broken but after couple seconds I saw it was heating and it steams alot. Just did not see the steam as expected but once I used the mirror as a test area I realized it was and it gets really hot. For the price and ease of use I would recommend this to anyone who needs to steam clothes, hats to shape them and so on. I like the lock button so if need to set down and use both hands to hold hat to steam it or something that requires both hands while steaming. Or if just momentary steam is needed the button can be unlocked and squeezed as needed. It works best plugged into wall outlet and not a surge strip or atleast in my case it pulled more amps than the strip handles. It does not weigh alot so it is not hard to hold for long period of time.

The device is pretty large so not great for travel, as other people have said, but I plan to keep it at home so that is not an issue for me. The instructions provide information for descaling using the cleaning mode which is a great feature and helpful to extend the lifespan of the item. The first time I used this water was just pouring out of the machine. I was not sure if the item was malfunctioning, which may be the case. I did the cleaning cycle and then once I did the device worked more like expected. Compared to other steamers I have used, it seems as though it was still "spitting" a lot more water droplets than others, so my shirt had a lot of wet spots all over it. The shirt definitely looked better in the end and besides a few stubborn wrinkles this worked really well. It was weird that the clean cycle was needed only after the first use, but I have used it a couple of times since and it worked great. The only negatives besides that early clean cycle being needed are the big water drops coming out and it cycling to heat up/produce steam what feels like every 10 seconds. Otherwise, it is a great item that works well and I would recommend it if you are considering a steamer. I especially enjoyed the "lock" feature so I don't have to hold the trigger down while using it.

This has given me the best results on my clothes by far. All you do is fill up the water tank, plug it in and wait for it to preheat for 30 seconds or less, and it takes a minute or less for your clothes or linens to look smooth and wrinkle free. The creme color is so cute, and it’s very good quality. Very portable and gives the best results. Way better than any others I’ve tried!!

Easy to use. Heats up really quickly. I’ve tried a few other steamers and this one is the best one yet.The water doesn’t leak and it can work without a hanger. Travel friendly and light weight.

It worked amazing until it didn’t. After using 5-6 times a week for a month, it stopped working and it is just leaking water everywhere now. It is no longer steaming at all. Super bummed that it is now outside the return window and will have to purchase something else.

First received my Steamer and the boxing was excellent, don’t know why more companies do not package like this, has 2-steamer components for material “smooth & Brush” very helpful for different kinds of material your working with. The Water container is super easy to use, no leaks and can use it for a long time on shirts and blouses, of course jeans and denim may take more water because of thicker material, but this is a must buy for those who like to keep your clothes neat, straight and un-wrinkled. Very easy to store in your laundry room for easy access. This is an A+ purchase!

This steamer worked just as good as more expensive steamers that I’ve had in the past. It worked great instead of ironing ans got plenty hot. It’s lightweight and easy to store too!
