Great quality
My SIL requested this mug for Christmas. The mug is a good quality and the saying on the mug is perfect for my SIL and any others that work in an office with too much time taken up in meetings when an email would do. The printing was clear and the lip of the mug is smooth. Would be willing to order again from this company without hesitation.

Upside-down handle...
Mug looks. awesome, but the handle appears upside-down... even in the picture. What happens if you have larger fingers? Weird.
