Recipes to try
Had a few recipes that I am willing to try during my chemo phase. Need more desserts to try. Good read.

It’s got some info, but not what I was looking for. Incomplete.
I just bought the 10-in-1 Mueller Pressure Cooker, and thought this book would explain how to use the thing, since the included recipe book was pretty lackluster in terms of teaching me basic cooking skills as I try to switch up from cooking on the stove top and oven to using this little pressure bomb. This book was... erm... less than helpful. Zero word on cooking basics like rice, beans... it has a hard boiled egg recipe, so I guess that’s a start.it has a lot of recipes, but I guess I was looking for something that would teach me principles and not just specific recipes. And the recipes themselves are sometimes a little vague. For example, there is a pudding recipe that calls for using the “slow cook” mode, and it says to put the lid on. Which lid? The pressure cooker sealing lid or the glass lid with a hole in it that is presumably for slow cooking? And what exactly does the SLOW COOK mode do? Is it meant to be used with the glass lid or the sealed lid? No explanation in either the instruction manual with the cooker nor in this book. So yeah... lots of recipes, but very little of the basic information I was looking for with regards to how to use this specific machine.

Save yourself the trouble
I am being kind in giving this book two stars. It's bad, as in not originally written in US English and translated to a few different languages before it was published for the US market bad. Most of the recipes included are also Top 500 Mueller® Pressure Cooker Recipes: The Complete Mueller® Pressure Cooker Cookbook found in The 500 Mueller Pressure cooker Recipes book that I ordered and received the same day. The other book is easier to read as the syntax and word choice is more refined for the same recipes. The selection included in this book is very basic and left me scratching my head until I read a more complete version of the same recipe in the other book. The other book also also more recipes included that appear to have originated in different parts of the world. I have an extensive cookbook collection and can honestly say if I found this book in a thrift shop I would slip it back on the shelf and quickly walk away. I'm cool with unique, strange, unusual, classic, original and even regional but this doesn't fit with any books I have I would file under that descriptor. I'm not even sure I want to refer this is book as helpful.

nothing usefull
Disappointing for the reason that the recipes aren't apparent. Lots of bargain, with numerous legumes such as lentils, blackeye peas, black beans. Some recipes define that they should be soaked the others not and it's really difficult knowing if those really are roasted legumes or dehydrated especially if there appears to be water material contained with a number of the recipes that I presumed is crucial together with pressure-cooking. Looked at the forwards to your publication to determine whether there's clarification. There really are a whole lot of those pressure stove novels developing however, maybe not convinced that they have been tried and tested.

I am a novice pressure cooker user. There are two main issues to me in this book.1. For example, "Cook on MANUAL mode for 10 minutes". It does not say which cook MODE to select. Do I select a MODE based on the ingredients of the meal or simply just skip the MODE selection?2. There are recipes that clearly say "cover the lid.", but very often it does not mention whether or not cover the lid. Do I assume always cover the lid?

I am returning the pressure cooker because I need something that would cook small roast. I don't need a soup/stew cooker as I have one. The cookbook is fine but I don't need as I am trying to return the pressure cooker.

I purchased this cookbook along with the actual Mueller Pressure Cooker after my first cooker broke down. The recipes look very healthy and I've only made a couple of things out of it but they have turned out well.

Can't recommend
These recipes are very, very spicey. We purchased this when we bought our Mueller pressure cooker to get a sense for how to use it with some basic recipes. I did not realize the pressure cooker came with its own recipe book, which is much better than this one. This book has more recipes, but not my kind of cooking. I'll only use it to refer to as reference on timing/steps etc. when making "similar" dishes but with our own recipes.
