These pajamas won't stop your hot flashes. So if you think that's what they're designed for then you should probably look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for an alternative to waking up in a puddle of your own sweat then these are for you. I have night sweats related to a medication I am taking. I wake up each night in a puddle of sweat. It's uncomfortable and embarrassing. These PJs wick away the moisture from your body and keep you from getting the chills. Note, I still get night sweats. I just don't wake up in a cold puddle.

I did not think I would need menopause pajamas, as I'm a 24 year old. Drunk me, however, thought they were absolutely necessary and purchased them after drinking two bottles of champagne on Memorial Day weekend. No regrets, right? Let me tell you, I have no regrets whatsoever. These are by far the best pajamas I've ever had. They are so soft and lightweight. They keep me cool too, which is a plus. Worth every penny.

These pajamas are wonderful. They are very soft and do run large. I usually wear a 2X and the extra large fit me perfect. I have noticed a marked decrease in waking up soaking wet from night sweats. Don't be intimidated by the long sleeves and full length pants, they really are not hot. Make sure to wash them before wearing as they do release a lot of lint the first time they are washed. I will purchase more just wish there were more colors.

I want 10 pairs of these! I researched the heck out of menopause PJ's and was shocked to find them on Amazon. I am a breast cancer patient, had to also have a hysterectomy, and through various hormonal treatments that hot Flashes" can't even describe these PJ's were perfect! I am definitly hooked on this line!

Please let me start by saying that I don't think anything can completely eliminate the moisture my body has decided to produce during my delightful forays into night-sweat-land. Further, I bought these PJs at the same time as another pair that was 3x the price (and worth every penny), so these are at a bit of a disadvantage.That being said, they do reduce more overall moisture than everything but my pricey pair. There's still enough left in the morning to produce a bit of a chill, but I am not a sopping mess like I was in every cotton, poly, or silky set I've got.They are comfortable and surprisingly flattering. For the price, they're hard to beat. I suspect if your body has not yet launched a full-frontal midlife assault on you, and you're just overly toasty, these will be perfect!

SO impressed! I have pretty bad night sweats, have been suffering from them for 6 years plus. Not menopausal, my docs can't quite put their finger on it, but it does seem to be hormonal. I normally wake up freezing cold and just uncomfortable because I'm so wet, I have to dry myself off with a towel and have to move to the other side of the bed because the sheets are wet, too. I've been resorting to sleeping in my towelette dressing gown, which wasn't the most comfortable solution but better than the latter. I didn't think that these bamboo pajamas would really make much difference, but I had nothing to loose! I'm pretty stoked I bought them! They fit perfectly. I'm 5.4ft 120lbs and I ordered small. The pants are not too long at all, in fact they come below my ankles but don't drag or touch the floor. They're not super baggy or too tight, they're a perfect, complimentary fit. The top is super cute and is not super fitted, but fitted enough to look flattering without being uncomfortable (more shapely than fitted). And really soft. I still wake up once or twice during the night, but that's because I'm warm (yes, windows are open and I only have a thin sheet over me), I know I'm sweating but I can't notice it because the pj's absorb the sweat and amazingly don't get drenched! I'm not freezing cold when I wake up and don't have sweat trickling down my chest, inner thighs or back. Even though I'm warm, I'm still a lot cooler than I have been in the past. Very flattering and don't look like pj's when you order delivery and have to open your front door! I'm glad that I also purchased these pj's in the tank and shorts version, they're going to be great for hot summer days!

While I am very happy with the fit and comfort of these pajamas I am really disappointed with quality. I just washed them for the second time and there are holes galore.

Perfect. Please make more colors. I would buy every color and more for my friends and family. No annoying button down top that opens up with your boobs falling out during the night.+++ No pockets. (Why do pajamas need pockets anyway?) Silky soft.A luxury to put on after a 12 hour shift in scrubs. I am 5'4", approx 138#. I wear the small and it fits loosely.

My wife loves these perfect for hot menopausal nights ..maintain warmth and absorb sweat ....really quite nice and although not very 'sexy' my wife's words not mine they are practicalBut I challenge anyone to find 'sexy' menopausal friendly pyjamas ....;-)

These are just so comfy and soft! Absolutely love them! Fit perfectly too! So snug!

I was going to return these but as I was packing them in the envelope I said to my husband, "Am I crazy? These are the most beautiful lounge wear I have worn for a long time". Well priced and gorgeous. 95% bamboo with 5% spandex to keep it's shape. I still sweat at night but during the day they are so comfy and cozy. I want them in gray, pink and purple (if they had them).

Delivered on time, fit appropriately. Very disappointed at how fast they turned to a rag material after washing, only washed twice and material started balling up everywhere. Not worth the money.
