So far so good, seems like a solid product and has held up well so far.

I've tried many natural sleep aids and I find this product to be very effective in helping me get to sleep. I first tried melatonin supplements which seemed to help me get to sleep. But I found with melatonin I had more intense dreams, which sometimes was fine but sometimes was bothersome. I also had trouble getting back to sleep if I needed to get up in the middle of the night. I found I could sleep for about three hours, but then after getting up I could not get back to sleep. I've been trying this melatonin free product for a few week and so far it has worked much better for me than the melatonin containing supplements. I fall asleep just as quickly, but I can also now get back to sleep very quickly if I need to get up in the middle of the night. I also haven't noticed the vivid dreams. I also seem to me less groggy when I get up in the morning. I know this is all anecdotal, and every person is different. This works for me and I've been very happy with the results of this product.

I just finished the second bottle and I wish I would have re ordered when getting low. These helped to get me to sleep faster and then sleep longer without waking up as early and so often. I was taking two and went to four. I normally need a higher dose of anything thats always been an issue for me. These had a great yummy banana candy taste and I’ll miss having them until I get more. They never made me feel groggy just helped the sleeping process.

This did not work for me at all. Too sweet tasting to have before bed. Will not buy again.

I initially looked at this supplement because I saw the word melatonin and thought it had the supplement in it to help people fall asleep. I quickly released my mistake when I read the description again and thought the various added supplements should probably work for me to help fall asleep some nights. I went ahead and ordered the gummies and was pleased when I received to bottles of the supplement as described in the listing. The gummies smelled like a banana/pineapple type of mixture so I then checked the label again and saw they were supposed to taste more like a banana. I opened up the product and took the normal pictures and waited until 30 minutes before my bedtime and took the recommended dosage listed on the label which was two gummies. I was actually pleased with the flavor even though I am not a big fan of banana flavoring, these were mild enough that I actually liked the taste of them. I did not have any bad aftertaste later and they were easy to chew and swallow. I did notice that I honestly could not tell if they were helping me fall asleep sooner or not. I had to take them several nights in a row and eventually decided they only slightly helped me relax more so I could fall asleep. I recommend people check with their health professional prior to taking the supplement to make sure it is safe for you if you take any RX medicines or have any health issues.

I enjoyed the taste, but these were not for me. Magnesium seems to work for some people, but in my case, these left me feeling anxious and unable to fall asleep quickly.

As with any supplement, the efficacy is hard to quantify. However, I feel like I'm sleeping better. Maybe not helping me fall asleep because I'm a huge insomniac and even the hard stuff doesn't help much with that, but more restful it feels.
