Great product. I bought two other brands prior to this French Press and they didn’t last. Coffee retains it’s delicious taste, ease to use, retains the heat, easy to clean just an all round good product.

Clunky, walls have no insulation coffee gets cold in few minutes.
Clunky, walls have no insulation coffee gets cold in few minutes. The filter is weak and bends under weight of a cup of water and lets mud slide right through into the cup. They all have some mud at the bottom but this one is pretty bad. If I did not throw away the packing I would have returned it.

Lack of insulation.
I was disappointed with the fact that it didn’t keep the coffee hot very long at. I did like the style but that didn’t keep it hot.
