Update: the seller resolved the issue and based on customer service alone, I will recommend this product. They truly stand by their product and have a customer first mindset.The color isn’t accurate to what’s shown. I may return due to that. But it feels like a solid protective case.

Fantastic case. Apple pen stays safe!!
The case is good. I have others that either don't have a pouch for the pen or that are not as tight in the pen area. This one I liked as I have to actually take out the pen as opposed to just grab it and trusting the magnet to keep it in place.Easy to use, looks good, good price, and so far good protection. 4th gen air.It is also lightweight and has a small footprint. I have use it on a stand for playing music and it fits most holders. I am very happy with this purchase.

Does not have a magnet to keep the stand up so it falls flat a lot when you prop it up

It doesn’t hold the Apple Pencil well
This Apple Pencil constantly falls off with this case.

The media could not be loaded. My only complaint is that the cover opens when I only hold the case at the edge.

Great iPad case
Looks like a notebook! product has a layer of plastic protection peel on both sides of the clear panel... as well as foam to fill in the inside.fils perfectly + Apple Pencil fits in sung as well! Charging ports all work for me

Buena calidad a buen precio
Color bonito y parece de calidad. Lamentablemente, aunque el espacio para el Pencil es adecuado y cómodo, en cuanto le pones una funda, ya no cabe. Y tener una funda al lápiz es interesante porque es fácil que se resbale de la mano y/o se caiga al suelo. Cualquier funda de Pencil, por fina que sea, ya no entra en el hueco. Una pena, porque la funda del iPad me gusta bastante, pero por eso la he devuelto.
