Dead on arrival. I tried multiple chargers, cables, and outlets all of which are working for other items but it will not charge and nothing comes on.

Use it whenever i go camping in my suv with my tailgate tent!

For what this is, I was impressed. Warning though, it will not deter mosquitoes or flies outside as far as advertised. This is a personal space and limited to either upper or lower body depending on where you have it.

Returning. I charged this all day the day before my trip. Got to the lake and set it up, it wouldn't power on. I tried two different cables (including the one it came with) and one of them worked at camp. Charged with my battery bank and turned it on and I'm pretty sure it didn't get hot enough to do anything. Pad didn't change colors, never emitted a smell. I tested when I got home with 5 additional cables and only one of them worked to charge. I tested with a laser thermometer and it only got to 120 degrees on green and then somehow it dropped to 110 on red. Waste of money, get the ThermaCELL, it works great.

Used it on a backpacking trip to a lake where I knew there would be mosquitoes. Put 2 of the scented panels in and turned it on to red. Waited about 15 mins. It got hot and I could smell it. But it didn't stop the mosquitoes whatsoever.

About the product, didn't come with any cartridges. How do I get them? I'll be able to write a better review if I can figure out if it actually works..

This product does not come with repellant pads and Flextail just suggests that if you can't find any pads that fit then just trim a larger one to size. This has been an extreme disappointment.

Received product haven't used it yes but carry case it came with zipper is bad and unusable. Don't count on use of the case l. Which makes product almost useless as you can't carry extra repellant with it
