Very Sparkly But Very Rough
The sparkle is intense but if you try to seal with a top coat, it dulls the sparkle significantly, like if you top coat a rhinestone… if you smooth out the facets they lose that glittery look. That being said, it is hard to use practically for nails because these crystals are very rough and catch on everything. However, I think they will be great for crafts.

Messy
This is a very pretty accessory or decoration for the nail but very messy to work with. The little beads stick to everything and go everywhere when applying. I applied on top of a sheet of paper, when trying to pour excess back in the container it was stuck to the paper and hard to get off. When on the nail it's a rough surface so it sticks and snags on everything. Again it's very pretty just not for me.

A Glitterier Glitter
This silver glitter is finer than I had expected, so I was surprised that I couldn't see it distinctly enough to discern the "triangular" shape to each glitter flake. The overall effect, though, is a very entrancing sparkle, much glitterier than your average glitter (and, yes, that seems to be possible!). I am using this in resin artwork, rather than on fingernails, but it is fine enough not to be obstructive if that's how you'll use it. The container is not large, about 1.5" in diameter and quite shallow; .05 ounces is not a lot of glitter. If you're doing nails a few times, or making a few small projects, this will be enough, but don't expect to coat a tumbler or cover a tablecloth with this.

Interesting and different
This crystal glitter is a fun look, but not too practical. It is coarse and the crystals catch any fibers or lint like Velcro. Apply in them in an even layer is not too difficult, but takes a little trial and error practice. Basically, if you apply your base layer and then press your nail into the glitter, a layer should adhere well enough for you to set them under a UV light. Once they are set, they stay on your nail well and give off a minor amount of sparkle. Again, the surface is coarse and it's like you have sandpaper for finger nails; everything gets caught on them. You can top coat them, but the glitter effect diminishes and they end up being quite thick. I feel these are best used for short periods of time and especially if you have a night out or a fancy occasion planned. The glitter is fun and looks interesting, but not practical for everyday.

Okay
As other reviewers have mentioned, this glitter is quite coarse. I like to do statement nails but this was catching on everything when I did base+color+glitter dip. I tried to do a mixture of this glitter+builder. It was still chunky, but it wasn't catching as much...but it also didn't look that cute. Top coat didn't help much either. I'm sad it didn't work out for me because I like how it looks when the light hits it.
