It was quite challenging but with determination and smart work it is possible to solve more puzzles like this without ever getting puzzled 🧩

No fun...
This isn't fun at all. A reference picture is definitely required as it's a very cluttered room with multiple elements. Even getting the border in shape is near impossible. Pieces are not cut well as most have the same shape and fit in multiple places.I must also add that the jigsaw isn't in any way a clue to the mystery. It's a collection of elements without the one most necessary to solving the mystery.Have just realised that you've given the speckled band story and the Istanbul express puzzle pieces. No wonder it didn't make sense even with an online reference of the Speckled Band picture.
