This is one of my favorite shirts to put on my daughter. She is 3 to 6 months at three months old so it does not fit like a dress it is super cute in the scrunch works really well for her to be older it would still fit, but any younger than three months it would be very baggy around the chest and arms

Baby shower gift for a friend she loved it have yet to try it on the baby due to her not being here yet. Will come back when I find out how it fit her
