Great pain relief
I used the heat free patch on my knee for relief of arthritis. I am amazed at how it helped me. The awful clicking pain when bending or straightening my knee was relieved almost immediately. I have no idea how this patch works but I wouldn’t be without it. The trick is to leave it for a few moments before moving after applying it so the adhesive sticks to the skin. It stays on for the recommended 5 days when it needs to be replaced. It does not cure the problem but definitely relieves the pain. I have recommended it to a family member and they are happy with it too.

What a load of rubbish
It doesnt stick to your skin my skin was bone dry ive got knee problems and you are supposed to put it in the crease behind the knee where it bends its to stay straight no bubbles or creases in it or doesn't work so in that case how are you supposed to walk if you cant get creases in it absolutely a load of rubbish please dont waist your money it went straight in the bin . Hey it might work if your lying flat and you carnt move but if your walking 🚶♂️ etc .dont waste your time or money. It says on the box that you go in the shower and it doesnt come off i put it on a none oily and extremely dry skin and it came off they also gave two round ones about the size of 10p piece and i put them on my leg soon as i put my trousers on they came off.!!!

Quick Neck Relief
My mother is 83 and complaining about neck pain and after putting this on this morning she said pain is a lot lessAdhesive is strong as she had shower and the plaster is still in neckWe tried cold / hot cream spray however this did not helpHope this will helpThanks
