Cool Works F-1022 10" White 2-Speed Plastic Box Fan

For the price, this is a GREAT fan. Nice, steady white noise with decent air movement. The two speeds are nice too, and it isn't bad-looking either. No, it won't cool a whole room, but if you thought that was possible at this price that's a separate problem. I taped several layers of activated carbon filter to the back and WHAM - we've eliminated a great deal of the little-boy smell my son so adorably drags around like Pigpen. I don't know how safe this use is, so I don't leave it unattended and I wouldn't suggest you try it. Just a comment. But I would suggest the white noise.

Great fan! I bought this to use in the bathroom window to help cool off the room since it's not air conditioned and we have to keep the door closed because of pets. We face it blowing out of the window and it seems to pull out all the hot air and pull the cool air in under the door.

Sits in a window sill to help bring in cool night air.

On speed one it is quiet enough for the even bedroom window next to bed. Stays on window sill and doesn't bounce around.

Perfect small fan

I love this fan and I'm buying another one! It's thin and will sit on a windowsill to bring in the cool air.

Little loud but i bought it as a window fan for my kids room and and it does the job to make room cool at night.
