Red bows on red bags
Just received it today. Ordered the red bags with white polka dots. The picture in the description clearly shows black bows on these bags.Mine came with red bows.It just doesn’t look the same.Would be interested in exchanging for bags with black bows, but I have no way to guarantee the new ones would have the right color bows.Otherwise, everything seems of good quality.

Color disappointment
It has yellow polka dots instead of white as it looks in the pictures. No time for returns, so will keep it. Other than that it seems ok for the price.

Not like the picture!
I bought the red back pack. Unfortunately, the bow is not black like the picture. It is red. It blends in with the rest of the back pack and is barely noticeable. It just doesn’t look as cute. I will be returning it.

Large family, always looking for a Great buy.
I bought this backpack for my four year old daughter. Loved it, is adorable! The problem is there is a big hole inside the backpack. You can see by the pictures, there is more then just a hole. Inside pocket is ripping down the side. I will let you know how the company will handle this. Will send an update as soon as I find out.

Beautiful. Got this for my 9 year old 4th grader. Plenty of room and durable. She loves it, lots of compliments. We've had it since August of this year, nothing broken, no zipper problems. Will definitely buy again in another style.

Bought for my 11 year old, because title said for teens. Was disappointed, item is useful for pre-k or Kindergartener. Bookbag was way too snall. Returned it.

The book bag comes as described. School has been in session for about two months and she has broken the small handle part on zipper. The colors of book bag is as described. I'm just not sure on how long the book bag will last due the material that it is made out of which could possibly be polyester.
