The product is an excelent product that is why I reorder, but they send me the wrong item.
The product I order is an excelent product, unfortunately they send me te wrong product, I'm not happy about it, and I'm afraid to reorder not knowing I'm going to get the wrong product again. Please let me know what are you going to do to resolve this issue.

Masks do have HOLE for tubing
Was hesitant to open because packaging did not mention tubing access nor picture.It does have opening and I told family member to be gentle with straps due to reviews that straps are thin/weak.Deducted star for making me worry that might just be a "regular" mask.
