Great! Very easy to use.
This is great, it's so easy to sterilize your bottles with this thing. Just ensure there is enough water in it, lift off the lid, put everything in (facing the correct way) and turn the knob. It handles everything else. I like the large capacity of it ... it says 8 bottles and I've had no problem fitting 8 bottles in there of the brand I use... There are some other bottles I used to use that I loved - they were short and fat - you would NOT fit 8 of those in here (I don't think, anyway). But for your standard height bottle it should be fine. Also I've washed this a few times too... like... I understand that it's sterilizing itself each time. Sort of. You have to keep in mind that these things sterilize the surface of whatever is exposed. So if you have BUILDUP the SURFACE of the buildup will be sterilized but what's directly under the surface will not be. So then if the surface is compromised (scratched, etc) then now you are introducing bacteria/pathogens to your bottles. But I'm also kind of really exaggerating... Im' just defending a bit why I've washed it even though most people may think it be unnecessary.Oh. I also like the color. The last one of these that I Had was just gray. And I like color more than gray...This review was written for: GROWNSY Bottle Sterilizer and Dryer, Electric Steam Baby Bottle Sterilizer, Bottle Sanitizer for Baby Bottles & Pacifiers, Breast Pump Parts Blue

Functions Well, Takes Up Space, But Also Accommodates a Good Amount of Bottles
Sadly the house we just moved into has the most basic dishwasher possible without a sterilize feature so I wanted something that would sterilize and dry the baby gear for my latest little one. I have used microwave steam sterilizer bags in the past, but they don't dry the bottles and such and are a bit of a dangerous hassle when sleep deprived and trying to pour out the boiling water from the bag and then grab the hot bottles out. This GROWNSY Bottle Sterilizer and Dryer solves those issues for me. The sterilizing and drying process takes longer than the microwave option, but it's basically a mini dishwasher in terms of how long the process takes. I like to wash the bottles throughout the day and throw them into the sterilizer overnight. The big con to that is there is no auto shut off which makes me nervous and wastes electricity.Pros: Sterilizes bottles and other baby gear like pacifiers in a reasonable time period (think amount of time it takes to run a dishwasher).-Decent capacity. Fits a day's worth of bottles or toys/pacifiers.-Easy to clean and operateCons: No auto Shut off-It doesn't wash the bottles which some steamers will also do but hence the price difference-Takes up a good amount of counter space. If you have limited space or hate filling up your counters like I do, you may not like this option long term. All that said, with my first child I felt the need to wash and sterilize every pump part and bottle after each use. Now that I am on my third child I have realized I was being overly cautious. I only sterilize occasionally now and trust that the washing I do with special soap and a dedicated baby dish brush that I replace regularly is good enough. This sterilizer and dryer works very well for a relatively decent price in my overall opinion. It's a step up in convenience to the microwave sterilizers I have used in the past though also takes up a lot more kitchen real estate which I am not a fan of.

Effective, easy to use, but slightly smaller than Baby Brezza
I already have a Baby Brezza sterilizer and dryer. While that is generally enough to get through the day's bottles, I also sterilize breast pump parts after every use. That leads to a ton of things to wash and sterilize at the end of some days. We got the Grownsy sterilizer/dryer as an alternative. It works, it's effective, but there are some differences.Differences:- Relatively large capacity. It can hold an entire day's worth a tall Dr. Brown 8 oz bottles, plus some additional parts. While it appears to be about the same size as the Baby Brezza, it's actually slightly smaller because the sides are not as rounded. This was noticeable when I tried to move all the items from my Brezza to the Grownsy and there was one bottle that couldn't it.- There is no way to choose how long to sterilize and dry for automatically. Sure, you can stop it at any time, but you can't set a dry time on it. Be default, the drying time is 50 minutes. The Brezza can be set to certain intervals. I use 60 to be sure it's dry.- At the 50 min dry time, most items are dry. If it's packed too tight, some pooled water is still present. You'll have to manually set it for another dry run.- This has two levels: the bottom level for bottles, the top level for smaller parts. The Brezza technically is the same, but they include another bracket to split the bottom level into two. I don't use this because I need the full size for the Dr. Brown bottles.- The Brezza has a HEPA filter. Not sure it serves much purpose those, so I don't think it's a big negative.Pros:- The two compartments stack very well on top of each other and is very stable. It also has handles on the side to lift the compartments. For some reason, the Brezza has awkward fit, where it's easy to misalign the compartments on top of each other. Even the lid on the Brezza doesn't quite fit.- It's very easy to use: Just turn the nob to Off, Sterlize/Dry, Dry, Sterilize. That's it.- It's cheaper.Cons:- For some odd reason, there is a light that blinks when set to the OFF position. I'm not sure why they don't just turn the light off.- When it's done, the knob does not change positions to OFF. So when you want to do the next sterilization, you have to turn the knob to OFF, then back to the Sterilize/Dry option. The Baby Brezza has a few more features, but the Grownsy gets the job done at a cheaper price. If you don't mind the slightly smaller profile and some minor quirks, this makes for a good alternative.

Super easy to use, large size
This bottle sterilizer and dryer is super easy to use since it has a twist knob versus multiple buttons. It’s a large size so you’re able to fit a good number of bottles or parts in it. There’s a larger base compartment as well as a smaller top tray. It’s pretty big so if you’re looking for something that can store away in a cabinet this may not fit in most. It will be easier to leave out on a counter.
