1) Physical:- I got the unit manufactured in September,2018 only.- The packaging from the manufacturer is very sturdy. The main unit with power cord and two attachments are in seperate plastic bags. The box contains user's manual and a warranty card.- The product feels quite heavy in hands which tells about the good quality of parts and materials used in making it. The plug, power cord,on/off button and filter removal knob are easy to operate and of good quality.2) Performance:- The noise of the fan doesn't hurt ears,it's pretty normal.- The suction of the product is very powerful 👌- It sucked all the dust and small stones from driver-side mat in just 2 minutes so I guess it would take maximum of 20-30 minutes to clean 4 seater cars.- The junction of nozzle and main unit is very precise so none of the debris would come out of the machine. Plus the nozzle has a rubber diaphragm at its entrance so when you suck the dust it will open and let the debris enter it,at the same time when you turn off the machine this diaphragm will shut the nozzle close so no debris would fall back into the car. This is pretty intelligent mechanism. So there is no spillage of debris at all.- Use two attachments wisely as per their indications.3) Cleaning:- Just remove the nozzle from main unit after pressing the knob.- Clean main unit with a microfiber cloth only,never use water for cleaning electric part,a common sense!- Gently remove HEPA filter from the nozzle,tap it gently on a soft door mat until no dust comes off it. As instructed to me by customer care,to maintain the full year lifetime of HEPA filter and even to increase it just dry clean it,avoid using water as water reduces life of filter and fitting of the filter is also affected after washing.- Wash plastic part with very mild detergent and water,dry them with microfiber cloth and let all them dry in a shadowed place before reassembling them.- Gently put HEPA filter inside nozzle and attach them to main unit for next use.4) Storage:- A good quality fabric bag is provided for transport purpose.5) Customer Support:- Post-sale customer support is as equal as the quality of the products and Ratnesh International is upto that mark.- They have responded to me promptly and in-detail whenever I raised a query regarding the usage,cleaning and care of the product. This product was good when I purchased and worked for couple of months well however you can’t use this product intenselyI had to stopped after 7-8 min every time while cleaning my cars interior and that was consuming too much time and energyLater after 4-5 months this product heated and stopped workingIf you are buying this ensure you understand that it’s not heavy one that professional use, it’s meant for light use of 5 min cleaningRest suction pressure was ok not great but easy to use and clean

This product is perfectly made for car usage.1. The vacuum suction is sufficient enought to suck all the dirts inside the car, under mat.2. It even sucks small minute dust particles which is acculimilated in car seats.3. There is a brush given as a part of suction nozzle. It helps to suck non dried dirt inside the mat of your car. From this brush, we can rub and immediately the suction happens. This is one of the best way we can remove almost every corner dust accumilation inside the car.4. Make sure we start the car engine and plug the 12v supply and run the cleaner, just not to harm the battery of the engine.5. We also need to make sure for every 15 mins, we need to stop the vacuum cleaner for next 15 mins. This gap has to be maintained to reduce the load to the motor.6. The wire to 12v is long enough to take till the rare end of the car and perform the cleaning.7. The dust filter can be removed easily and can be washed in plain water. The material is similar to the air filter in motorcycles.8. An extra fuse has been provided as well.9. There is a bag given along with it. We can easily store, carry these stuffts in it.Overall this product is very apt for car usage and the price is decent enough. Its essential to always keep in mind about the list of maintainance tip the company has provided for the longetivity.

I received this VC unit last evening and I tried using this today morning with a lot of expectations. But all my expectations went in for a toss once I switched on the unit inside my car.This vaccum cleaner makes a hell a lot of noise... Also the suction capacity is not that high to absorb minute dust particles which gets accumulated inside the car. However, it manages to clean larger particles. But those can be cleaned by hand itself. Then what is the use of a vaccum cleaner? Also, the VC unit and the wire gets heated up so easily within 5 minutes of use itself. Also, since there aren't any large extension pipes provided, it is a bit difficult to reach out to minute parts of the car where a big VV unit can't be reached. The length of the wire is sufficient to reach out till the boot. But the performance of the VC is pathetic. It is mentioned in the package itself to cool down the unit once in15 mins. However as mentioned earlier, the unit and wire gets heated up easily within 5 mins of use.Finally, this can be useful for ppl who does an average cleaning. But not suitable for through cleaning.Hence I am returning the VC within 1 day of use itself..
