Ordered this, first they gave faulty then I replaced it, then they gave 2 gb ram variant plus monitor is not good. And can't even return it

I bought this desktop at very reasonable price, probably the cheapest in the market, but the quality also is very good. The built quality is good. The CPU is from zebronics, thought the keypad and mouse are okay quality, but good to go. Highly recommended. The configuration and the built quality is very good for light to medium usage. Though I'm using design softwares also on this, and face no issue. Thanks

Won't recommend, there is problem in starting the system. Moreover, there is no proper response from customer service.

From the day I received the product it is not working smoothly,but I think that new sometimes happened but mostly till today my set of computer is not working, everytime making problems.The problems are:1. widow is not genuine,2. the set is not working fast being 4gb RAM,3.Hanging while operating,4.booting problem.5. Sometimes CPU is not responding.It is my advice to all the customers that do not purchase the product, because this product details is shown excellent but inside is worst, it is white elephant. 4gb RAM is worst than those computer 2gb RAM working in the market. Even you are not allowed to play UGI Game, MS office like MS Office 2007 only can be use. And the CPU frame is very soft when you little bit 1/2 kg of things on the above it will automatically crushed. I used the products 3 week after the date of delivery but now lying. Mainly boots problem. The thing I like about the products is keyboard and mouse and monitor they are working fine.I don't want to give good reviews on this because it seems the product is given freely. I purchased with my money. I can purchase better one than this but why I choosen is I thought the products will be working good just because of one trust.But failed. Initially I received a cpu which was not working but the support received from Rishi infotech was excellent that they changed the cpu at no cost and now its working perfect.. excellent office pc at a very good price

After few day computer is not working properly, When I tried to open pc error message is shown ""the bootmgr is missing""

15th day :OS was not working only blank screen and sudden Power cable short circuit.They sent me new power cable.Hard disk not working.I couriered them hard disk.I got a replacement hard disk ( old one and not working too making noise)Don't buy from them if u buy for every day and urgent use.

I bought this desktop 5 months back and suddenly it stopped working. When contacted on the help desk number, no response.When I took to a technician, he said Harddisk crashed. Even Montherboard is a cheap 3rd quality one and donno when it will stop.Please please don't throw your money on this. Instead go for other brands desktop.
