Don’t expect miracles to happen with eating it for a one day, bodybuilding is slow process it requires time and dedication, bodybuilding test your patience and it is daily gain, now a days youth except they hit the gym for month and eat protein powder and they will have body like greek god, no, this is not going to happen and if any product claim after eating it this will happen then run in other direction from that product because fast changes were not good for body in long term, have patience and give some time to your body at least three month with proper weight training and cardio than you will see some positive change in your body and than enhance those changes or rather i say assist them with protein powder for next three month than you can see best of you.Now let me come to this product review before i do that let give readers general idea about my workout routine in gym, i do cardio for 25 min in which i run 5 km than i do heavy weight training for next 1 hour this is i did for first three month in this period i came from 40% body fat to 20% body fat, after this i started doing 20 min cardio in which i run 4.5 km and 1 hour heavy with training and I started taking the active whey and i can see the positive changes in my body i have gain lots of muscle and i can promise you one thing i look much better than people who are working from the years in the gym and i will not say this all happen because of the protein, it happen because of the dedication and patience i hold for last few month, cardio is very important as important as the weight training so don’t skip do some according your ability but have patience all product in market are same some are imported that why they charged you high some are local made thats why they are cheap, but let me tell you one thing if some product giving you sudden result than there is something wrong in it which can harm your body in long run ( steroids or some other muscle enhancement drugs) be careful while using them, i have used this product and i can say changes were not very fast but if you hold patience than you can have result with this product.I’m also normal boy like you who also faced same problem like you are facing that’s why wrote so long review so i can help you like few months ago someone helps me.“ one can achieve anything if he had patience and dedication”Best wishes for your new journey

I never ever thought an indian product can taste so gud .i have had alot of imported stuff but this one just one word AMAZING. Mixes' will with shaker . Need to add about 200ml per scoop for a dense shake n max taste. Leaves no after taste and no odd smell . It need to extra sugar for taste gud in waster . No foaming after shaking wit is gud . THE ONLY WORST PART IS I had a scoop which was broken but tat must have been a one in a thousand.Now coming to the main point 👉 RESULTSThe recovery time is very slow so I had to take the shake in between meals (4 times /day) to keep me anabolic to achieve the same recovery tat I got from using ON gold standard by using it only twice a day . So which meant tat I was spending the same amount of money on the whole. This proves tat the stuff is not at international standards . RECOMMENDED FOR:*people who want to put on CLEAN BULK but must take at least 200 grams a day split into 4 shakes.NOT RECOMMENDED FOR :* people on weight loss / cutting stage

In starting u can try this but better to spend few more and go for isolated one, if u want great result.Taste wise and mixiblity is gud but result arent not satisfactorilyI would recommend you to go for devisco or ither brand whoch will give you same low result but tgey will be much cheaper than this one. I just started working out at 36!!! and hopefully this time it lasts for life. Bought this to aid in protein and other nutrients required to help me gain muscle, endurance, stamina etc. I have it 2-4 times a day, when i wake up, pre and post workout and before bed. Its been 4 days since I have having it, too soon to check the effects, but will definitely know after a month or two in conjunction with workout.

I ordered this after reading a lot of good reviews about it here on Amazon. I didn't like its taste. I have used chocolate flavor of ON, GNC and Healthvit products earlier. I liked their taste more than this product. It mixes well if you use a blender. However, if you try to mix it just with a spoon, it will be difficult. To me results seem to be same as for other products.

Really happy with amazon. Got a genuine product. But feeling little awkard as it contains melto dextrin.
