Diagrams make it easy
This is a great book for my senior mom. The diagrams make it easy to follow the suggested moves. Plus the author talks about mindfulness, singing bowls and other modalities of bringing more presence and flexibility to ones life. This is a good gift book, I can think of exactly who I want to give it too.

So Much Good Information
This Kindle book is amazing. There is not only easy exercises to do but information on food and ways to improve your mental health. I am excited to try the exercises as I have trouble doing a lot of walking and because of this do not get the exercise that I should. The information on good foods to eat (along with those that are not so good) was very informative. The only thing I wish is that the exercises were also at the end of the book so that it would be easier to print them, place them back to back and laminate them. This way it would not only be good for a home but if one needs to travel to someone elses house or go on vacation.

Plenty of quality illustrations
I really appreciate all the illustrations in this book. Seriously, a picture is truly worth a thousand words. They are scattered throughout the book with clarifying statements. I appreciate the addition of why these activities are worthwhile for those over 60.I would say that this same information could be very useful for those recovering from an injury, those afraid of vigorous exercise after a period of sedation or weight gain, or perimenopausal women starting to develop aches and decreased flexibility.Nice work.

That is a major concern for seniors. The exercises can make a big difference in daily life. The detailed instructions also make it easy to follow along, even if you’re new to yoga.

These exercises are being very helpful
This book offered me a deep dive into health during aging - including a description of beneficial and harmful foods, mindfulness, mental health, and ways to deal with inflammation. The pictures showing the exercises are very helpful to understand how to practice them. I'm not even over 60, but I have mobility issues and the book was very helpful.

A great guide that helps to build confidence
I bought this book for an elderly relative, they are already enthusiastic for the exercises and are seeing the benefits. The techniques suggested are many and varied, easy to understand, and most of all, within almost anyone’s capability. This book lets you start small but think big on your road to improved health through chair yoga, diet and more. Brilliant!
