Forzza Ronald Wall Shelf, Set of 3 (Matt Finish, Black)

This product that I bought frm amazon is of a very very poor quality . After mounting it on the wall the top shelf just dropped after few days of using . Damaging my things also kept on them . When I tried to see th screws again I am not able to mount them now .pls initiate a return immediately not expected something like this frm amazon

A decent product in looks and looked stronger than most shelves in same range online.But after usage, alas! Following was my experienceA Big red flag - it's unassembled. So basically you pay 899 for some logs of finished wood with screws and wood connectors.There are cracks here and there, but I'm desperate and don't have time to replace it.Second, after a few hours and after having to spend another 500rs to the carpenter to install and fix it, the bottom of the shelf fell apart from the side tiers. Waste of money!!

Neatly packed in a box. It had all the 3 shelves assembled and the key-holes in place. It also had a pack of screws and plastic wall plugs. Simple to fix it on the wall.

I bought this product for Rs. 1000/- (Rs.999/-) and returned it in less than 4 hours of receiving it. The quality of the shelf it very bad. The main load of the shelf is on the side where it is hung (photo attached) and those small pieces of board (about 4 sq inches) were all broken (had crack in the enter splitting the board into two.One shelf I still tried to hang on the wall, but it could not take its own load forget taking the load of the books on it, and the shelf started to fall down. The steel plate at the back which hang the entire shelf on the wall were not affixed properly in the wood and split the board from the center so you cannot even tighten it.Overall the quality of the product is bad. On the side note, the width of the shelf is also so small (about 4") that having a large book on it or vase on it as shown in the picture would give me a constant worry on when they would fall down. With this flimsy construction of the shelf, I wonder how long it will last during daily /weekly cleaning.

Initially the product looked glossy and with adequate assembly instructions along with screws provided showed that it was a great one. BUTThe assembly was not perfect fit the parts were not aligned properly and some of them were even shaky with a risk of dropping down from wall later. When we carefully try to tighten the screws it will start breaking the planks(all this can be seen in the picture). Better to spend more money and get another one.

Pethetic finish i realised that i bacame carpentor once i decided to install it worst finishing i have received

I am unable to use this as when hanged on wall fixing nails into the slots provided the supports give in due to shearing under own weight. Such a poor product and feel cheated. Is there a way I can get my money back on returning the product?

Very poor quality and it can not withstand any heavy items not even books. The hinges poped out with slight tightening and the wood cracked. Not expected this quality.
