Thoresby 20mm Artificial Grass - 2m x 5m (6ft 6in x 16ft 4in)

I built a frame to accommodate a 5metre x 4 metre grass area and filled it with 2 x tonne of (type 1) then added 2 x tonne sharp sand. I packed the lot down without a wacker, then it came to fitting the grass. The grass blades were shorter than I imagined however I carried on and discovered that using a large pair of good quality scissors was more effective than a Stanley knife. My area was rectangular but any shape would have been possible and tucking the ends in leaves a fantastic finish, just like a freshly cut lawn. I used liner, Aqua bond and pins to secure the lawn once I was happy with the ends, and despite the shortness (20mm) the pins are virtually invisible. I have looked at a number of grasses laid by 'professionals' however none look as good as this. I've received many comments and 'Wows!' from visitors. The dog loves it and doesn't attempt to do his business on it . The grandkids love it. I've played football and badminton on it. I'm surprised that mole hills haven't appeared as it looks so realistic! This is an excellent product for the price and the selection of sizes will suit most. Delivered in a couple of days and would highly recommend

This artificial grass looks realistic and is soft underfoot. It’s easy to cut and lay. The only thing I would advise is to buy enough to finish the job as there may be a difference in colour and quality if you order again.

Absolutely excellent service and quality, the "grass" has been in place now for a while and looks better than real grass, no bald spots, the colour is very realistic, like grass in the park unlike some I have seen which look very plasticky and too bright. I only have a small garden and my "grass" is surrounded by pebbles and lots and lots of pot plants and hanging baskets and altogether it really is looking lovely.Would highly recommend this "Grass", but make sure it is covered round the edges or the wind can lift it. I just raked my pebbles down low, lay the "grass" and put a 5cm border of pebbles all the way round, which I must say works very well, even in deepest darkest Yorkshire where we get severe weather to say the least.Many thanks could not be happier.

This piece of grass was to be used to cover not too large a piece of garden where I have buried our Yorkie 3yrs ago. The size was just right - was easy to lay & we used ground pegs to secure the edges plus a couple of rockery stones just to be on the safe. The colour is good, thickness also just right.I would recommend it especially if the area you want to cover is not going to be walked on.

Was a bit uneasy about putting this down as it was first time and not really a believer in artificial grass but being the owner of 2 young bitches had no opinion other than slabs but having put this down was the best thing I have done in years excellent value and it feels like the real thing and lays down with no problems trust me when I say this excellent material no more burn stains everyone happy yes folks if you are looking for artificial grass this is good stuff.

Looks great on my balcony.. a bit pricy but easy to size. Have loads left over and shame to waste but was the smallest size at the time. I couldn’t find a similar product at the time here in London but it seems available everywhere now.

Used this as a rug underneath my gazeboLove it , in the end I got 2 to cover a bit more but very pleased

Cannot get enough of this grass . We love it . Easy to lay on our dull concrete patio ! Had made a very dull area into a amazing space ! Amazing delivery ! Quality is brilliant ! It's survived winter ! Toddlers ! Cats and dogs ! And it's Hoover friendly ! I'm about to order some more now ! Worth every penny ! Wished I had done it sooner .
