Don’t mind the ridiculously gross sweat towel (I realized it after the fact lol), but you get the idea- the bench fits my home gym perfectly. Arrived packaged well. It was easy to assemble. No missing parts. It moves easily and quickly. I love all of the different adjustment angles for incline, flat, and decline exercises. A great performing piece of equipment at a great price. It is very comfortable, especially compared to other benches I’ve tried. I recommend!

This is a very light bench as far as weight goes. It feels sturdy when it’s put together. It’s just not as heavy as most benches are so that might play a factor for some people as far as functionality. It works great for what I need it for I’m not lifting super heavyweights though. I would purchase again and I do recommend this product. Just don’t expect some heavyweight bench to show up though.

I did a lot of research to pick out an exercise chair. But I will say that I am very happy with this product. It was easy to assemble and I love that it is easy to transport and fold for storage. I am 5'1" and my husband is about 5'11" and we have both used this exercise chair without any issues. Highly recommend!

I started muscle training 2 months ago and was thinking about setting up my own gym. I bought this gym bench and it gets the job done. Overall a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend it to a friend.
