a good struggle
i got this to wear while at the gym or when i’m at home working out. it’s pretty comfortable but let me tell you a girl was struggling to put this on at first. regardless it works pretty great. the material is nice and stretchy. it’s not super thick but just enough.

Very sweaty and good size
Well it does the job. Your belly will sweat. It's the only product I've tried where my gut is literally dripping during and after my workout. Also very easy to pack and take with you while traveling, not bulky is a plus. I didn't measure my stomach beforehand so I'm not sure if much has changed in size, but like I said, you'll sweat for sure.

Would fit great if it didn’t roll up. Good material, but poorly made (cheap stitching). I even sized up to where I had a gap between the waist trainer and my body torso, and it was still yet rolling up. Returning…

I guess I didn't pay attention to the sizing guide. I can't even get it up over my hips, but I figure at some point, I will be able to use it when I lose this 80 pounds.

I am 140 5’6 and bought the small medium . It fits my torso /tummy perfect . Good length. While wearing it ,the sweat does come out through the side stitching . Which I would prefer rather than the bottom front or back ends . Overall does what it’s meant to do

I ordered an extra small but still wasn’t small enough.. the top is loose, but the bottom is perfect so… wish they made an extra extra small 🤷♀️
