I have taken those to correct my gut bacteria after reading a paper on 'thin twin fat twin syndrome' I was a fat twin the paper told of obese twin who had low rate of Butyrate in gut bacteria. Thin twin not so she had normal rate. Also patients with inflammatory bowel disease had low rate too. I could not get a gut bacteria review as this is very expensive but recognized myself here and ordered them via Amazon. I have lost 10% of my body weight and it has dulled the appetite and was found to have lost 6 kilos when last weighed at the Healthcare centre. Have lost even more since. A miracle for me and it is a food supplement not dangerous. This company are super send them by return and they are classified as harmless as they are a diet supplement so no need to worry. Not expensive only expense is new clothes I am not complaining !

I believe that these have helped me lose weight. Although I do not own any bathroom scales I have noticed a reasonable amount of loosening in the waistline area. I shall buy more tablets on this premise.
