Cloverleaf Absolute Parasite + Pond treatment 1kg

My Koi had been flashing and jumping so I used the Cloverleaf Absolute and within 24 hours all was back to normal

This is a Levamisole based treatment. I don't know why the product write up generalises it as a parasite treatment since the ingredients are all anthelmintics to specifically target worms.It is well known flukes are resistant to Levamisole but I have had success with it before and since this is the only fluke treatment that contains it I thought it worth a try.Prior to use I was seeing 1-2 Flukes per koi skin scrape.I did a 110% dose on day one. The fish were not fazed by it so I decided to do another 110% dose on day 2, followed by a 50% dose on day 3.It is now day 4 and the fish are flashing and jumping like crazy, much worse than before I added this treatment so I carried out 2 skin scrape to see what I could find.Well, they were absolutely crawling with flukes, more than I've ever seen before, 5 or more flukes within every 2mm2 of the slide.Put the 2nd slide under the scope and before I even began to focus I could see flukes wriggling around.And this is after overdosing by 170% over 3 days!Unfortunately this product was a waste of money for me and will get likely be a waste of money for you too.Not only that but now my koi carp are more sick than they were before I bought this treatment so now it is a race against the clock to obtain another treatment before they start dying.

I purchased this product to have in reserve, as other koi keepers I knew had been starting to see fluke in their ponds and I'd seen a few people in various places online recommend it.So after seeing a few of my koi flashing, along with a smaller koi totally isolating itself in the pond. I carried out scrapes to numerous fish, I found flukes on a couple and yet on the smaller koi nothing.I carried out a dose as recommended on the packet, 10 days later I lost the little koi and after carrying out a scrape on its corpse found it to have numerous flukes.The next day, I had numerous koi flashing again. With the flukes still thriving after taking scrapes again.I've gone back to a previous treatment that I've known to work, so fingers crossed.I cannot recommend this product as it didn't work for me and cost the life of a fish.

Way instructions

Our pond is roughly 10 ft by 6ft and 3 ft deep. Many Ancher worms on the poor fish. So far we have used 4 full packs of this product +a half pack .2 month later we are still pulling the anchor worms off by hand. AT LAST 6 weeks of treatment now there are only a few anchor worms BUT there are still some . REALLY WE ARE VERY CONCERNED AND UNCERTAIN HOW TO GET RID OF THEM. Advice would be appreciated .

Used the lot and nothing. A month later my koi are still flashing and jumping out of the water frequently. So I'm guessing from this they still have parasites. So £30 wasted in my opinion.

Used it three times as stated that it can be on the packet. Used correct dose and monitored koi. DIDN'T WORK.After scraping koi still gill flukes and skin flukes.
