I kept seeing the t*kt*k videos about vit d and k. I thought I’d order some just to see if I felt a difference. I can definitely tell whe. I’ve had them and when I haven’t. They definitely increase my energy levels as well as my concentration. I am a stay at home mom. I often reach 2pm and realize I’ve not accomplished anything productive during the day and it’s almost time for the kids to be home. These vitamins have helped me stay focused and I have been so much more productive. Definitely worth a try.

Love this product because it's just the right amount of Vitamin D to take daily; it's what my doctors recommend, yet it's so hard to find this amount for some reason! In any case, after a couple of months of taking it daily, I was able to see huge improvement in my blood test results. I feel better and have more energy because now I actually have an appropriate amount of D in my system.

This is truly making a difference, and is working out much better than I expected. I knew that I needed vitamin D3, and although I had heard about K2, I never made the connection that intimately join these two. Wish I would have known about the improved absorption of D3 when combined with K2- better late than never! Women need to have this to maintain and improve their bone health. Not to mention all the important functions that D3 is essential for. Great product at the right price.
