The heel wrap seats are perfect for my planter fasciitis when worn in bare feet and with my sketcher trainers. Can’t wear them at work where I would have benefited them the most as under floor heating Makes my feet too hot.

I have heel pain in my right foot, and wanted something to give support when wearing sandals, this was ideal for me, as it can be disguised by the straps from my sandals. The only down side, is I only want one for the right foot, if you could buy two right or left it would be a tremendous help.

I bought the small for 5/6 woman and it is very small ankle strap : is difficult even for my size 4 foot daughter to use : so want to return despite seller saying 122 day return policy on amazon platform says not eligible for return : so who is right . It is so comfortable just want a medium one

The wrap is not easy for me to use because, although the heel part is the correct size, I have fairly large ankles, therefore the strap does not go around far enough. If I use it, some of the velcro sticks into my foot making it uncomfortable. I should have returned them but left it too late before opening.

Ordered wrong size as there was not much information provided. The item arrived and is too small. Amazon does not accept returns for it? Why? So I just lost £28. Poor service, do not order!

Sizing is problematic. I am normally a size 4.5-5, but the straps hardly fit round the top of my feet. Wasn't happy that I couldn't even send it back for a refund or exchange for a larger size.

Well I bought the medium as I’m a size women’s 7.5 and it was way too big so I had it tailored to fit more snugly and it was the perfect solution for me but… it started coming apart where it stretches. Then I bought the small and it seemed to fit better but only after two times wearing it, they became damaged again where the straps stretch around the foot. Now they flop around and aren’t useful. Too expensive for low quality product if they were made from real neoprene material perhaps they would last much longer and fit more snugly

I bought these for a very specific purpose. I have a collapsed arch and pretty bad over pronation on the left side so that my inner left heel collapses and causes terrible ankle pain. I bought these for support during yoga (I wear custom orthodics during the day.) Since I really only have an issue with the left foot / ankle, my idea was to only wear this on my left foot. Pain-wise, it worked great! Supported my arch and heel completely and I had no pain or swelling after intense yoga. The issue for me is that the heel cup / cushion is pretty thick (which I need) but it makes it pretty strange and uneven to just wear on the left foot. I was hoping to get away with just the left, since that’s the only foot that has the issue, but it makes the legs so uneven I’m not sure it’s a safe option. I may just wear both right and left to yoga to avoid the super uneven feel. Overall tho, I was able to do yoga without shoes (and without pain) for the first time in almost a year!! So the true purpose of these is perfect and a huge success.

I run daily, which has been a little difficult given that I started having a lot of pain on the underside of my right foot. I bought these on a whim and though they have not completely gotten rid of the pain (probably my fault) they have made a significant improvement and can now even do longer runs (20km) without being immobilized for the rest of the day and can even run the following day without any increase in discomfort. I am very pleased with this product so far. I have unfortunately thrown out the package and I was curious about how they could be washed. I hope this helps.
