wonderful little mp3 player
I wonderful little mp3 player. It holds a charge for ever. I shopped this more than i usually do bcs I needed certain things: 1. support for wired headphones 2. support for bluetooth 3. MicroSD card support. This has all 3 and I love it. I have a memory card in it w/ 36GB of music files--it's terrific. I use it at while exercising either here or at home. I may be the only one at the gym w/ wired headset but I don't care.

What a dud!
I have had one of these before, but I lost it. So I ordered another. I have had this new one for four days now, and it will not power on. No matter what I do, the device just will not power on. I'm very disappointed.

Great little MP3 Player
I found that the Majority MP3 with sports clip is a great little player that outshined many others on the Amazon MP3 list. Good sound quality, good storage, clip function, sturdy AUX and headphone port, functionality, and price range.I use it plugged into car stereo daily and works great. I'm glad I found this player. I used Sandisk Clip players for years and they are no longer made, this product is as close to that I have found.I'd recommend trying this Majority MP3 player as well and see for yourself.

better than Agptek A65
This review compares the Majority MP3 GO and the Agptek A65 music players, which I purchased at the same time. I was using the Sansa Sport Clip Plus, which still plays music, but the clip broke after several years and the Bluetooth did not work well with either the TOZO NC9 Bluetooth Earbuds or TOZO A1 Bluetooth Earbuds, which I bought specifically to use with a music player. Based on specs on Amazon and on the products' websites the A65 and GO were the most similar music players that had the functionality I desired, which was: worked with the TOZO's; played a variety of music files; had compact, portable design for gym / exercise (I do not use my phone for storing and playing music); decent sound; easy / learnable navigation; useful functions.I've used both players with both sets of earbuds for over a week at the gym and outside; these are my main findings:1. Despite the Agptek having Bluetooth 5.3 while the Majority has 5.0, the latter seemed to work better. Especially outdoors, sometimes the Agptek's Bluetooth connection would stutter when the player was in my shorts pocket (it'd be fine if clipped to my shirt collar). The Apgtek's Bluetooth range is reported as 30' so it definitely underperformed. I don't know the Bluetooth range for the Majority, but rarely did it cut out when in my shorts pocket either outside or inside.2. The Majority does feel a bit more cheaply made, but I didn't like that the Agptek showed fingerprints more.3. The sound was the comparable and satisfactory for my needs for both players (don't have high expectations...they're $30 players) and had various EQ settings.4. I reload music (and by default charged somewhat) daily so I don't know if the products' claims for charging speed or playback time are accurate, but they've been sufficient for my use.5. Some customers reported players that were DOA, stopped working, wouldn't recognize files, or wouldn't pair with Bluetooth headphones or speakers; I haven't had these issues (I will update this review if that changes). I didn't find the right arrow = down / left arrow = up navigation on the Majority a dealbreaker as it was easy to learn (even if not the most intuitive). The manual print for both is small but there's probably an online version; I used a magnifying glass. I haven't used the included earbuds for either but, like with the sound, expectations should be kept low.6. In shuffle mode the Agptek repeats songs in randomized order once all songs have been played, whereas the Majority stops after the playing the shuffled songs once. I much prefer the way the Majority shuffled.7. I tried the recording function on the Majority and was impressed with the playback clarity. The Agptek has this capability, too, but I didn't test it.8. The Majority has animations for some of the function screens, which looks cool (if not unnecessary); the graphics on the Agptek are more basic.9. Agptek has a 1 year warranty while Majority has a 3 year warranty.I decided to keep the Majority and return the Apgtek because of the Majority's longer warranty, non-looping shuffling, and more stable Bluetooth connection with my earbuds. I would've preferred having dedicated up, down, left, and right buttons and a less plastic-y feeling unit, but these weren't dealbreakers. The Agptek has more features so if you want a pedometer, radio, or the ability to play videos or view photos, it may be a better choice. And of course, if whatever earbuds you use work better with one or the other, that may be the deciding factor.

Great MP3 Player
I've been using it daily for 10 months now with no problems. Best one I've used under $50 (and I've tried many).Interface easy to use, has a shuffle option.

Incredibly Bad Software Implementation
The Majority MP3 GO player has a solid hardware design, but the human factors of its’ menu system is abysmal. I like the sturdy clip and the hold switch and absolutely hate interacting with the menus. Everything takes multiple presses and it’s too easy to screw up and power the device off. Fiddly doesn’t begin to express just how bad it is to try to interact with the menus. When I’m listening to something and want to pause it to talk to someone, if takes 3 presses. Pressing the OK too long on the final step and it powers off, losing the place in that MP3.If I’m done for now, it takes at least 5 presses to try to place a bookmark so I can continue later. Press the M button too long and nothing happens. The bookmark is set with the OK button, but again pressing it too long powers off the device and loses the place in that MP3.Amazon describes the device as an MP3 player, but if I suggest picking another device if you wish to use MP3s that are not music.

Mediocre for audiobooks but the price is right
It does the basics, but the user interface so awkward and plays tracks on audiobooks out of order, even with careful file naming and organizing in folders/playlists. Apparently way to turn off "shuffle" despite trying to follow directions in the manual. But it does work okay.

Works Great!
This product easily loaded the 327 mp3 songs I had on my Mac from Apple Music using the supplied usb connector. Pairing my newly purchased earbuds really provided great sound and the charge is lasting much longer than previous equipment. It also easily paired with my WorkTune outside headset which I use for mowing. There was something in the instructions which stated it only accommodated 3 playlists with 100 songs each, but I just loaded all 327 songs without creating playlists. Excellent product for the cost.
