The bracket on the back of mine is crooked (probably something to do with what it says on the sticker above the bracket) so I’ll have to repair it before I can install it. Other than that I’m happy with the size, quality, and the detail.Well, you can’t just take the screws out and straighten the bracket. They were nice enough to glue it in place too. You can’t pry it because it’s made of resin and will crumble. And it’s recessed so you can mark it and place it on the wall. So I just had to eyeball it and got lucky that it’s mostly straight. I would have given 5 stars if not for the crooked bracket. It was a pain in the boo tay.

A couple of things: the white toilet paper bar really doesn't go well with the whole thing. Thankfully, we had a black one from our previous holder that fit so we can trade them out. The thing looks absolutely awesome and seems pretty rock solid, so it completely meets it's value for our money...but at the same time, the easy (or lack there of) of installation definitely took off a star (it probably should have taken off two, but I really love the thing). The "guideline paper" in no way matched up with the actual holes when it was time to screw them in, and this resulted in much swearing as it was being installed; however, when I asked him afterward if he'd have rather we skipped it all together, my husband was adamant it was worth all of the time and frustration.

Looks awesome. And is HUGE. Would be 5 stars except the mounting system is ridiculous. Worthless. I had to drill holes threw the top arms to mount it. See pics.
