Seems to work well and has a strong vibration. It’s very nice to have a few choices of vibration strength. My only complaint is that the mouthpiece is too big and it was sharp enough to cut my mouth/gums in the back. Nothing too painful of course. I would be nice to see if there was a size difference in the mouthpiece.

Was glad I didn’t throw away my toothbrush. I always run my tongue around my teeth to check how clean they got. If I had red tablets, there would no doubt be a lot of red. I get better result sprinkling baking soda in it after I wet it and then using it. But I still have to use my toothbrush to get them 100% clean.
