So far so good. Seems to work seamlessly. I like it a lot. Let's see how long it lasts. Definitely better than the one I had from another vendor. I like the digital display and the fact that it has a timer on it. Make sure you're using DISTILLED water with this to get the best results.

Like another reviewer here, I bought this brand new. Set it up, used it once… came back to use it again and it didn’t not work! It would just turn on, all digital icons would flash and then it would just shut off. Kinda sucks cuz it’s the perfect size and the height is fantastic since I like a high table to work on! Couldn’t get in touch with the seller so Amazon is handling the return.

The reason why I'm giving a 4 star is because when I opened my steamer from the box the bag with weels and the other stuff was opened.....I didn't even know it came with a small wrench till I looked at the booklet it came with and I had to dig through the box it was hidden under the box flap. I couldn't find the bolt it came with eighter it was also hidden trown around in the box under a flap. The poles were not even packed right. And I had to wash she cup because it looked like the cup had already had water in it!! And the fact that the hight is not how it looks in the picture. Other than that it preformed good!

Los dos aparatos q compré vinieron, en la parte que larga vapor derretidas, tanto el plástico de superficie como el interno. Materiales de muy mala calidad. Me llegaron tal cual muestro en las fotos. Cómo que lo probaron, se derritió y lo mandaron. DESASTRE!!! NO COMPRAR!!

Material seems to be sturdy, and the setup is fairly easy. It also has a compartment for essential oil, so I can relax with my favorite lavender scent. I was hesitated of the size since it’s on the wheel and we don’t have much room, but it is actually pretty easy to store away and move around. It has a much bigger space to hold water than my tabletop steamer, so I don’t have to refill every time. But I do use distilled water to avoid any mineral build up, a little bit of work but managed to do that. Love the wheels as I can literally have a face spa any time any where at home. When a busy day comes, I can relax for 5 min in between meetings.

Bought this product a month ago. Used one time. The second time I tried, it didn't work. I'm trying to get in touch with customer support. I can't return through Amazon, because the time frame is over by four days. Not too happy about it. But let's hope for a return or replacement. 🤞 not a cheap item!!!
