Perfect for me and good Sandvik Metallurgy
First of all I'm no chef for 8 hours a day. The narrow handle has gotten bad reviews but it seems comfortable to me with my index finger on the flat blade top and my thumb and middle finger across each side of the front rivet the handle fits along the crease in the middle of my hand snugly. A pro using it constantly might or might not see it or hold it differently. I got it for the relatively short blade and most especially the Sandvik 14C28N steel which I've really liked in two of my Kershaw folders and a hunting knife. I've already found that knife steel a good combination of sharpen-ability and edge retention if you're doing it right. This one's still very sharp from the factory though. The loop at the end of the handle makes it a snug fit in my hand and is very handy for hanging it without any magnets.

Durable
Good edge grind for regular kitchen use. Slightly rounded base of edge helps a lot to prevent it catching on things.

Great hand feel. Very sharp out of the box, the balance is great. I will use this knife every day.

Excellent knife!
I really like this knife; it’s easy to hold and control, well balanced and very sharp; it’s perfect in the kitchen to cut everything I need. The only thing is it didn’t come with a sheath; so I bought a package of them on Amazon, “Wellstar Knife Guard”. So, now I have a sheath and the knife is wonderful to use.

Decent camp cooking knife
I kept it because it's still useful if you're careful, but it has some serious drawbacks.Pros:- Curved blade and drop point is great for slicing, cutting and chopping.- Very sharp out of the box.- Handle grip is pretty decent, though I haven't used when wet yet.- Decent finger choil, decent blade width.- Medium-thickness spine tapers down to thinner so slicing action is good on medium-thick stuff.Cons:- The heel has a very sharp, pronounced bump that is not level with the rest of the knife. This will dig more into a board if trying to lay the edge down flat, which is bad. Because it's so sharp and pointed, and the handle isn't very thick, your hand has a tendency to slip and your finger ends up here. I *know* I'm going to be cut by the heel at some point. This needs to be ground down and smoothed.- The handle isn't thick enough for a good grip. It sort of slides in your hand. And I have very small hands. It needs to be a different shape or thicker to feel safe in the hand; this doesn't.- There's thumb indentations on the bolster but I don't know why, your grip is actually worse when you try to use them.- The pointy rear lanyard-thingy is unnecessarily long and ubtrusive, I don't know who's going to use this.- The balance is a little weird. Don't know how else to describe it.- Since it doesn't come with a sheath, it took me a while to find a generic sheath that would fit. This one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BWJL2H1C) fits but it's very tight, and doesn't have a securing strap. This one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BHHRQR17) looks weird (and is a little big) but it actually fits inside very well and the blade stays well clear of the sheath.Overall I like the blade itself, but the handle and the blade heel make this feel unstable to dangerous, and the lack of sheath makes it a little impractical for outside of the kitchen. If it felt more secure in the hand I would say this is a great multi-purpose short chefs knife.

Great Design and steel
Grip is magnificent. Though I use mostly indoors the fit and sharpness out of box was perfect. Great steel and a good price.

Great knife!
This is a great knife. Wish it had a better protective covering than just the tip protector though.
