Not very reliable. Does not cool as much as I hoped

I bought this for my office because I do not have a refrigerator or coffee maker on-site and I was growing tired of having 75 degree cold and hot beverages. Sometimes I want a cold soda pop or a hot cup of coffee. After the first time cooling a can of pop I wad not impressed after 15 minutes. Then I had a ah-ha moment, I that I should put some water in the aluminum cup that comes with it making the cooling effect faster. And what a difference! More water surrounding the can the more surface area it has to cool the can. Works great for heating coffee strait in the cup it came with when I need a reheat from my gad station XL coffee I forgot about 4 hours ago.... happens all the time!

The design is very fun. This will do both, keep your drink nice and cool as well as heat up/warm your beverage. The metal holder inside can be removed if you need to. The settings were easy to use and control. The product was good and what I expected.

it is small but good enough for cooling down a can of coke. easy to use, good for travel.
