Good. Serves the purpose well
It's been 10 days since I received the machine. So far so good. No problem faced till now. Serves the purpose well. Most of the body parts can be massaged. Fully satisfied.

Not working properly. Availability of warranty. Defective
In this machine , there are four nodes or balls circling round a pole (kind of ) and the problem is that one of the pair is not working as well as the other it is getting jamed very often while circling. And the worst part is that when you receive the box there will be written as one year of warranty but, there is a condition which you will not be able to know usually. That is, you have to register before in the company website and their is a deadline which is of 15 days and without registration you will not be able to avail the one year warranty.
