Too much stem
This must be the cheaper variety with the small leaves and not as much "white fur".The taste is alright, nothing special but not unacceptable either, given that you get a pretty big bag at about $50.The main problem, though, is the amount of stem. There are a lot "white fur", but looking at the leaves I realize that almost all of them come with an exceptionally long stem. After breaking apart the stems from the shoots I'm able to get as many stems as shoots in volume!Would've scored higher with me if it came in a 125g package without the stems.Did not meet my cost-value expectation.
