The taste isn't bad. I had to do a cup in the morning then once I got comfortable with the taste I do 2 cups a day now. U can put a teaspoon of honey in it as well.

These leaves are so fresh. The tea is mild flavored. Smooth. No bitter taste.There is so much freshness and high quality leaves in this package. I was pleasantly surprised, as this was my first time ordering soursop leaves to use for a health benefits tea.There are SO many... I have plenty to share... Love the resealable packaging too.
