Clipper Fair Trade Organic Tea, White, 20 Count (Pack of 6)

The product pictured and described is not what I received. I was looking for a tea NOT grown in China. But since that was not one of the areas mentioned in this ad: "All our teas are sourced from the very best tea estates in Africa, India and Sri Lanka" I expected that my tea was going to come from one of those places. Imagine my surprise when the Organic White Tea I received states that it is from South China. The box I received isn't that different from the one pictured so I didn't notice it at first. The only difference is that there is a small dragon on the front in place of the leaves that are shown. I contacted Amazon and they say they are replacing it with the tea shown and described in the ad. I'll updateUPDATE: The replacement tea Amazon sent is the one pictured. It does not specify where the tea is from but I am hoping it is as advertised. The tea is very good, but I am now skeptical about where it is actually grown.

White tea is not as strong as black tea. I am well aware of that. However, I was hoping for a delicate, slightly sweet flavor. Instead, this tea tastes like...well...very watered down black tea. It is very weak and does not have much flavor. I sometimes add a squeeze of citrus or some mint to perk this up. Overall, it's a nice substitute for water, but honestly, it doesn't taste much different. Great for hydration, I suppose. I like that it is organic and the design on the box is lovely.

White tea is relieving for asthmatics and those with other inflammatory problems like arthritis. It's less caffeinated than most other teas and seems to be the only that helps me rid myself of the day's pains or calm me when I'm having respiratory problems. Muscle tension headaches can also find relief from the small stimulation by the tea. Besides Clipper, organic white tea is hard to find for cheap. Generic is not the same, but a reputable enough company like this can be a find. Amazon's price is a steal. Try the subscription for even more of a convenience, if you get into drinking it regularly.

I like this tea. I think it is mellow but strong when I use one tea bag per 8oz of water or even 10oz. It's smooth with no bitter taste. I will buy it again but not from these businesses. Fortunately for me I found a box at TJ Maxx for 5.99. $25.00 is a rip off even for this great tea.

Most white teas i've enjoyed seem like slightly flavored water. This is not the case with this white tea. It tastes and smells exactly like what freshly picked tea leaves would be like. I love it and it's very refreshing.I am excited in the summer to enjoy this tea on ice with some fresh mint and honey.

I drink white tea a lot, tried too many brands, this organic white tea is one of the best. I totally recommend it and you won't regret it if you buy it.

Appreciate this particular Clipper product as the teabags are individually wrapped. Some of the other Clipper white tea bags are wrapped in a foil-like paper containing 20 bags which are messy and do not seem to remain "fresh."

I was so surprised and pleased that this wonderful white tea was sent to me directly from England after I ordered it from Amazon.com. Very excellent white tea with subtle flavors. Perfect evening tea!
