This is a nice natural product without maltodextrin in it. I specifically was interested in an all natural product that tasted good without the additives and this is the real deal.

I Love, Love, Love this product!!! I have been looking for a dry ingredient to add sour flavor to various drinks but they all seem to have something unhealthy in them, but this is the real deal, nothing added. Wow!! I will purchase again when finished.

Doesn't taste bitter or acrid. Real nice flavor! It does clump up but I assume all powdered(real juices) would tend to do that.
