Honestly it has added suger and flavor that's the reason i will not recommend it but you don't eat much suger than 4 spoon then you can have it.Coz every 50gm of muesli it contain 1 andhalf spoon of suger.But it is really effective and you can yous it as post workout meal coz it feels heavy after eating

All in all the product is fine
I'm not a fan of chocolate products, so might be for me flavour isn't good. I would rather prefer to have it in vanilla option, but this is just my opinion.If you are working out, this product will suit your needs. 15 g of protein plus oats and nuts will keep you full for hours.

i used this on my preworkout meal. this have lots of carbs. a good amount of protien. and fats also. its good to having bulikng program. not for cutting. good taste. all over thats is a good product.

Super expensive but good taste and nice product
After Amazon discontinued their whey muesli using this. Its a bit hard but decent product. Cant eat everyday as its super pricey

After using one pack I ordered again and now it is my daily breakfast. 😄(If you want to gain some weight use this with milk and banana also add peanut butter for more taste. You'll see the result in few weeks.)
