Easy to use . Basic level product. Light weight.Amazon packing was excellent.But product inside had dent above it; Rod had bent and screw for locking the turn rod missing . Photos attached . Purchased from Cloudtail..Tried out at various operational temperatures and timer . No abnormalities observed in 50 minutes of usage at 220 deg. Temperature.. Initial started up with little smoke at sides ; felt it was new packing, later it became ok after 5 mins. Suggest not to heat too much in empty space; can use peeled potatoes during function test/ try out .Timer cannot be stopped in middle, so be aware where to put off power if in case you are not able to reach the switch .Instructed book along with the electrical equipment is not clear in all aspects, so please refer YouTube videos of same type oven for clear understanding.Suggest to use upto around 85% of product’s actual specified strength, for safety reasons . Means max temperature to keep not more than 220 to 230 deg., and timer max upto 50 minutes.Main advantage is that Product price in market 5400 /- , in amazon its 3700 /- ..Prestige has plenty service centres and cost wise spares are also cheap . Still as a product for a price of 3700 /- prestige could have improved some more quality in components., thats why I have given 3 points, in value for money.Lets see who it performs in days to come. Product is good, but takes a lot of electricity units

We bought the product from the seller "SHOP 24", it was delivered by Amazon, in good condition. The carton appeared to have opened before, but all contents were packed well inside. I could install the unit hassle free.The oven has 2 heating rods each on top and bottom, nothing on the sides. No fan present. The crumb tray goes in easily to the bottom below the coils.The black cookie tray is not nonstick. We tried to cook some paneer on it and had a difficult time cleaning the stuck pieces off it. You may want to do some greasing or use some butter paper on it.The handles and grill rack are chrome plated, and feels strong enough to handle the weight.We are yet to try the rotisserie.It came with a user manual cum recipe book. though user manual was not very helpful, the recipe book contains a lot of north Indian and Chinese recipe along with oven settings. We already made grilled chicken, fish masala in banana leaf wrap, pizza and a few items from the recipe book and most of them came out good except cake which got over baked, when we forgot to preheat.If you have timer running and you feel that your food is already cooked, just switch off the unit and take out the food, do not try to forcibly turn timer to zero. There is no lamp inside oven, wish it had. The tray handle has 2 small hooks which are to be used to grab grill tray to prevent it from slipping out of hand.We are satisfied with the oven. You will too, if you are ready to learn from the mistakes. All the best, ladies and gentlemen..!!!!
