Arrives on time. Packaging is fine. However, I just finished my second bottle and both bottles have loose powder which suggests that the capsules are not properly closed/sealed. Please check with the manufacturer about this quality issue. I cannot say for sure that this product helps me lose weight but I will say that along with these capsules, vitamin c and apple cider vinegar, I have seen some weight drop off. The first 2 weeks I took one capsule 2x/day. Then I upped the dosage to 4 capsules 2x/day. I do not feel jittery. I do not have any sleeping problems. I hardly even notice it and think that it's not doing anything but I have worked diligently at weight loss by exercising and eating practically nothing daily (post-menopausal weight gain), and NOTHING has dropped the extra pounds. I have never been overweight or had weight issues. I've always exercised, started taking magnesium glycinate and changed to mostly vegetarian eating habits and NOTHING has dropped the extyra pounds. Then, I started using this and now after about 5 weeks in total, I've dropped about 4 lbs. If you're a healthy, active, post-menopausal female, and you've tried everything, give this a try. I was thinking of having cold or laser sculpting as my next step but maybe I won't have to. I buy Nutrigold Vitamin C (5 capsules daily, 3 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon) and 1 Tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar each night before I go to bed.

I make a mistake looking at reviews and price but this has no where near the amount of Cissus that helps my joints out. This seems more for weight loss. Not my cup of tea.

I love this product! I have started my second bottle. This time I'm coupling it with two 1000 mg Nutrigold garcinia cambogia. This is the beginning of my second week, and my appetite is starting to decrease drastically. I'm excited by the implications.

This product is amazing! It curbs my appetite better than any of the to many to count other products I have used. I will be ordering again!!

My wife used this product some years ago and her blood sugar test became normal. I don't know if this product is good for pain relief.
