I'm a general contractor, not a plumber, but over the years I've had considerable plumbing experience. This unit was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 days, but was here in less than 48 hours, much to my delight. The hardest part of the installation, was removing the old faucet because there is some corrosion, and you're working upside down on your back with your head and torso inside the cabinet. I have a garage full of tools, so when I needed a deep well socket, I had a set.The unit comes with two flex supply lines that are 3/8" on the inlet end, and proprietary where they attach to the bottom of the faucet. I could see right away that they were both too short to connect to the 1/2"x3/8" stops (shut off valves) coming out of the wall. A trip to Lowes solved that, but I had to buy two 3/8"x3/8" brass couplings, or unions, and two 12" long by 3/8"x3/8" flex supply lines. Each piece was $5 and change so that added $24 to the price of the unit, ($36?) for a total of $60. Eventually I'm going to renovate the bathroom. Had I done the install then, I would have moved the stop valves to a point where the extra parts from Lowes wouldn't be necessary.Overall, I'm very pleased with the easy install, the look and the functioning of the faucet. After two or more years, if it doesn't drip, I'll give it five stars. But almost all of them drip eventually, and replacing the internal mechanism that is supposed to fix that, is another chapter. And another $60, thanks to the people that design and build this stuff, and our government that lets them market sub standard (made to fail) products..

We bought two of these for a couple of bathrooms. We built gorgeous vanities with live edge tops and top mount sinks. When we went to put the faucet in the threads were stripped out of the hot water line. Had to use the second one that we bought. Thankfully we had the second one.

I bought this faucet for my recent DIY bathroom remodel. I am very happy with the updated look. We decided to hire a plumber to install our new vessel sink and faucet. The only problem with the faucet is that it has a lot of pressure. You can only turn it on about half way or the water splatters out of the sink and onto my new wooden vanity top. It looks fantastic! The price is also awesome.

Great value for the price. My only concern is there is no small trim for bottom of faucet, and I am using small tiles for the counter top. I have to be very precise to make it look good on completion. Have not installed yet, working on it tomorrow.

loud hard to install. if it had a O ring with screws to tighten it to the table top it would of been better. I really had to seal it from moving around. I installed it on a wood top. everything works great I love the flow and the look.

Good stuff for cheap. We’ll see how long it lasts. Looks really nice though.

Just finished hooking it up and it appears to all be fine. Just wish the drain I also purchased worked as well.....as now I still can't use the sink because the drain doesn't seal to the vessel. Oh well..........I guess that's why they make silicone!

Good faucet but a little loud when you turn the water on. I read from other reviews before purchasing that it was loud but still bought it. If you don’t turn the water on full blast then it’s not so bad. Product came on time and great packaging.
