Great company with great support
For this little bike for one of my kids so they could cruise back and forth to their friends' houses without needing a ride from me. Had an issue with the packaging and some damage to the front braking mechanism, but Tesoro took care of it for me. Really great company with strong customer support!

New bike and I am already having issues.
I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and already The cable on the throttle broke. I don’t know if it can be fixed or do I need a replacement throttle and cable? Very disappointed that it already is having issues.
