It's working well despite a few design flaws
Considering the fact that we use it everyday and it's a niche market product, the price is OK. Heating speed is good. There's a second analog thermometer if you want to test the temperature of your water. It keeps the water warm and automatically turns off. So you don't have to choose between the anxiety of burning your kitchen and drinking cold tea.Two problems: the power button doesn't turn off the LED screen. Instead it keeps blinking, which means it is off, and it eventually turns itself off. But to be on the safe side we unplug it when we're leaving. The second problem is a major design flaw: the upper tea pot traps the air inside so you cannot pour your tea with the lid on. You needed to have a tiny whole on the lid, or have the rims loose enough to let the air flow. Over time the metal may loosen but I don't see that happening. But still happy with the purchase, it was a very much needed product.

I am very impressed with the product. The modern design fits in our kitchen and quickly became the best appliance in my kitchen. The display is very helpful, makes it very convenient to use.I also ordered one as a gift to my friend.Delivery was very fast and the box was very well packed to receive the product safely.Highly recommend this Turkish tea maker, the product is great in general!
